Hello,
I have Windows 10 pro x64 - version 1909 with upto date fixes. In this version I have issue to print. The printer can print what I want, just one document cant be printed. When I want to print this specific document from Word 2016, it is going to the queue only, but is is never printed. Then any other documents are not printed as well. Just one way helps - to unplug printer from AC power. When it is connected to the power, it can print again any document, only this one specific no. It happens with in build printer driver from Windows and also for driver from HP web: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125/126 Series Full Software and Drivers (15.0.15310.1316).
Note: the specific word document, which cant be printed, is just document with 3 pages, Word application is able to open it without any issues and errors.
Do you have any idea, how to fix it?
