microsoft store is not working

when i goes to microsoft store in my laptop.(windows 8)it says that you are not connected to internet..so i check different ways to fix it...and email is also not working...else i cant update the new windows update too....and when i log to internet and load the microsoft store site,,i cant download any apps by saying that i dont have any applicable devices..soo what to do now?i am tracked for the reason...plssss explain what to do now?
