A week ago I downloaded a dynamic wallpaper to correlate to the time of the day; it's a city scape so the the sunrise screen comes on at sunrise time, noon for noon, and night for night etc. It all correlates to my time zone. I decided I wanted to change it to just one background and have no dynamic to it. Just a plain wallpaper. I uploaded the wallpaper and set it as my background but every time one of the time changes for the previous wallpaper (sunset time etc) it changes back to that screen. In order to have the 1 wallpaper screen to come up I have to manually set it back. I have tried countless options like turning on/off sync theme settings, going the windows + R to delete the wallpapers, but then they pop back up. I've tried the timing issues to just have it not set on time setting to try prevent the screens changing. Everything I've tried hasn't worked, please help.
