Hello,
This issue on my PC happened earlier today and I cannot find a solution. Please help! As far as I know there was no major update/download or configuration that happened. Everything was fine in the morning and then it just stopped working this afternoon.
When I open a any type of software or app it takes over 5 minutes to load or doesn't even open up at all. Spotify takes 5 minutes to open, League of Legends (a game) doesn't even pop or show on task manager. I noticed that I can open folders with no issue on my C drive but any folder I open on my D drive gets stuck on "not responding". I used Malwarebytes multiple times but everything came up clean. Thank you and hope someone here can assist. Sometimes I can get into a folder but right clicking on any file will put it on "not responding"
Hope this log helps.
