I've talked to Seagate ... they were useless ... and now I'm pleading with you to fix this issue of communication between Windows 10 and these external drives. I have THREE and them all disappearing over a month's time can't be a coincidence. I'm reading that I'm not the only one with this issue. I have the GoFlex 2TB and TWO 4TB of another model, all Seagate and I do NOT want to erase my MEDIA data. YEARS of Film, TV and MUSIC that I wish to keep. So how do I avoid this and get my computer to recognize these drives so that I can transfer the films to a more reliable source?
