Recently I've formatted my HDD drive which was used only for games and storage. I didn't format my system SSD drive. Now I can't install any game that was installed on this drive before. Every other game is downloading and instaling just fine.
Things I've tried:
It seems like the problem can be caused by some existing links to previously installed application in AppData or registry, but I don't really know where to find them.

Things I've tried:
- creating AppLocker folder in C:\Windows\system32
- creating AUInstallAgent folder in C:\Windows
- giving all permissions to ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES for AppRepository folder in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows
- Reinstalling/reseting MS Store in PowerShell
- Clearing MS Store cache in cmd
- disabling Windows Defender
- changing partition name to one that wasn't used before
- updating Windows 10
