No, your computer is not clean. Go through the preparatory steps here:
http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_Malware

Since you didn't mention what antivirus you have, include scanning with
David Lipman's Multi_AV and follow instructions to do all scans in Safe
Mode.

http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Multi-AV - instructions
http://pcdid.com/Multi_AV.htm - download

Then do the specific removal steps here:
http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Smitfraud_Trojan

You could also look up the name of the program telling you that you're
infected (this is the malware) at the following link and see if there
are specific removal instructions:

Bleeping Computer removal how-to's -
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/forum55.html

When all else fails, run HijackThis and post your log in one of the
specialty forums listed at the first link above (not here, please).

Standard caveat: If the procedures look too complex - and there is no
shame in admitting this isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a
professional computer repair shop (not your local version of
BigComputerStore/GeekSquad). Please be aware that not all local shops
are skilled at removing malware and even if they are, your computer may
be so infested that Windows will need to be clean-installed. Have all
your data backed up before you take the machine into a shop.

You have posted numerous times advocating TrendMicro's Housecall.
There's nothing wrong with Housecall, but it isn't the first step in
cleaning out an infected machine. In fact, I don't normally suggest
using online scanners at all unless there is absolutely no other
recourse. When removing malware, you want to be in Safe Mode and not on
any networks, including the Internet. Also, many online scanners can't
remove the malware because it is active in Regular Mode.

For this particular OP, Housecall isn't the answer in any case. S/he has
a variant of the Smitfraud trojan and needs to go through the
recommended steps to remove it. Housecall won't do it.

Yes I agree with what you said that house call doesn't always help! Infect
most virii block house call.antivirus.com. Now removing malware these days
has become a very tedious task that I wish could be automated but isn't! I
think that housecall is one step of the way in killing the malware!
