1. After updating windows to 1909, the night mode is disabled. Tries deleting couple of registry entries as suggested by answers.microsoft.com, still the problem persists. Is it due to company's policy or is it a bug?

The Keys deleted are from the location
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\CloudStore\Schema
After deletion whenever I open Settings and try to open Night Mode, the Settings window crashes.
