Night mode greyed out + Need some default Windows 10 registry keys

1. After updating windows to 1909, the night mode is disabled. Tries deleting couple of registry entries as suggested by answers.microsoft.com, still the problem persists. Is it due to company's policy or is it a bug?

2. By mistake I have deleted a couple of Registry Keys without backup.


Instead of deleting from HKCU, I deleted in HKLM.


Is there a way to get those 'default' key and values for those 2 keys alone? Is there any repository for us to check and extract?


The Keys deleted are from the location


Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\CloudStore\Schema


After deletion whenever I open Settings and try to open Night Mode, the Settings window crashes.
