Hi there, I recently upgraded the wifi chip (which also controls Bluetooth) on my Dell XPS 15 9570 to an Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 which has resulted in some Bluetooth errors. I had no issues physically installing the new chip and I downloaded the required drivers afterwards. After I installed the new drivers, I deleted the old wifi and Bluetooth drivers seemingly without issue. I then tested the wifi and it worked great. At this time though, I forgot to also double-check if Bluetooth was working. When I did eventually do this, I noticed a couple of things that I have been unable to fix:

  1. There is a mysterious Bluetooth device that shows up in the Device list named "I2I2bTn8n14AAAAAAAAAHgI-qMFBrJU1GIx-CMkBQszZDEVsaW8ncyBQaG9uZQ" (See photos below)
    • I am able to remove this device from settings but once I turn Bluetooth off and on again it reappears
      • I have also tried uninstalling it from Device Manager but it still comes back
    • The driver details from Device Manager says it is a Bluetooth LE (Low Energy) Device
    • It seems to be a Microsoft Legacy Driver

  2. I am unsure if this is related, but I am unable to connect my Samsung Galaxy S8 by Bluetooth to my computer. Both devices will find each other, they both show the pairing confirmation key, and they will connect for less than a few seconds. My mouse and wireless earbuds have been able to connect without an issue though.

Please let me know if you need any more information and thank you in advance for your help.
