How do I change what Program windows uses to EDIT??

I've found the place where you can change what program Vista uses to OPEN a
program. In Windows XP the place where you change other functions such as
EDIT was in the same place.

Specifically, when I right click on an HTML file and choose EDIT I want
DreamWeaver to open...not crap Word 2003 which doesn't know a damn thing
about editing HTML.

Yeah, I like to do that too, using this information:

(works for later versions of Dreamweaver as well)

Advanced File Types has been removed in Vista, which is really annoying.
The best I have found to replace it is File Type Doctor. It's not free, but
there is a trial of the power tools package, which comes with loads of other
stuff that I find useless:

Call me stupid, but can't you do the same thing by right-clicking a file of
the type you are looking to set up (say .html) and select "open
with"->"choose default program"? If the program is not there, select
"browse". Isn't this what you are talking about?

He wants to change the Edit context menu entry, not Open. If you change
HTML documents to open with Dreamweaver, they obviously will no longer open
in IE.
