Encrypting File System (EFS) BackUp question

B

Benny W

Before you encrypt anything important,
A.you should back up your (file recovery certificate) and your
B.(personal encryption certificate with their associated private keys),
C.as well as (the data recovery agent certificate) to a USB flash drive (UFD).
Store the UFD in a secure location.
If you lose the certificate stored on your hard drive (because of a disk failure, for example)
you can restore the backup copy and regain access to your files.
My question is.

1.Should i encrypt the BackUp with EFS ?

2.Should i store the BackUp as a single file or can i save it in a folder (example EFS BackUp)

Grateful if any from Microsoft can answer my questions.
