This problem made my pc become unable to connect to the internet. All the network adapters are showing the same status. There is no options I can see in the Settings, Control Panel, Action Center or Taskbar. I have tried the following but nothing worked:
I do not use an VPN, no software installed. However, I had VMWare workstation which was uninstalled a month before the problem. I had Hyper-V enabled and Windows Sandbox enabled which I turned off and retried the actions I written above,it didn't work. I can't find any way right now, even from the internet. The information on internet suggests that is as a Windows problem, not a hardware problem, and a lot of people is having the same problem with different hardware.
*I uninstalled the update before turning off the Hyper-V and Windows Sandbox. I can't check for update anymore since it can't connect to the internet.

- Restarting my PC
- Running network and network adapter troubleshooters
- Network Reset
- Trying to update drivers using Device Manager, manually selecting one, which always fails
- Reinstalling drivers (Redownloading the latest one) on all
- Undo my last Cumulative update which installed two days before the problem using control panel, no restore points were in System Restore.*
