I got my laptop from the U.S. and my printer was from Malaysia. I'm now returned to Malaysia, I managed to connect my laptop to printer, but my printing just comes out wrong and has no color despite I turned off the grayscale or black and white option. I change the size of paper to A4 (Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office and etc.) before printing. However the printing just comes out wrong. I believe is the miscommunication between my laptop and printer, thus causing the misalignment in size. This issue is also perfectly described on this website. I tried to change my regional settings to Malaysia, but nothing still happens. I also tried to reinstall the driver for my printer earlier. It does not work either. This is really driving me nuts.
