Hi, I was unable to stop ICS on my Services control panel. The error message shows,

Windows could not stop the Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service on Local Computer. The service did not return an error. This could be an internal Windows error or an internal service error. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.

I am running on Windows 10 Pro.
Tried the approaches in [SOLVED] Unable to stop Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) but did not work out for me.
