I am very unhappy with 365 that I now have to pay for. When Windows 7 got dumped I bought a copy of Windows 10, downloaded it and could manage OK. I only use Outlook and Word. and Outlook is run by frontier.com Then Windows 10 blew up my computer, Microsoft Tech Support deleted Windows 10 and then downloaded the zoomy version of 365 and all I have had is issue after issue so I want to go back to a plain version of Windows without 365. I have the key for an older version and need to know how I can do this - delete 365 and reinstall ordinary Windows 10. I will need to save the data I have in Outlook and Word to make sure I don't loose everything from what is current. When they gave me 365 I lost photos, documents, emails and it took weeks to recover what we could. The version of Windows 10 I have is licensed. Can I do this myself or will I need tech support to walk me through? I know after download you have to install and am not sure of kinds of issues i might face there. Anyhow, that's my issue in a nutshell, best advice on how to ptocede will be appreciated. Thanks.
