Taskbar unlocked, but the icon slider thingy doesn't move the icons around.

Hi, for some reason when I unlock my taskbar, the slider appears, but when I drag it with my mouse, nothing happens and the icons don't move. I remember this working a while ago, was there some sort of update with the slider?
