Hi, there please urgently assist me here.
I was working on my laptop (Dixon brand) what i did was to upgrade the laptop to windows 10 pro. And update drivers after the system suggests the latest version of windows 10 1909 and i download and installed. Here is the problem starting.
"Pending restart "
I was suggested to restart the laptop
Upon restart the system says
" wait while windows install updates "
It took a while and i saw some information appearing is drops and at end it says press any button to restart. I pressed the button and the system went off forever. I tried to force shutdown the laptop it does not turn on. Screen remains dark(black) my LED light it on. I can not accept the BIOS settings or book from USB or anything of that source. I can not even install another version of windows at all. The screen does not show anything or any writings. Not even a repair option nothing. I need help because have started to frikeout now it been 2 days.
