Converting XP to Windows without installation disk

I have an old computer, I have been using it for year with XP. I notice recently that I can not do most things on this pc and I need to upgrade to Windows.

How do I upgrade without an installation disk, keep in mind this computer is more than 10 year and I dont have product code or anything. Can anyone assist?
