This update 2020-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4586781) which turns out to be a Mixed Reality feature on demand package (as it reports to be a 1.47 GB update) that is going to be downloaded and installed without my consent.
I'm not requesting a Mixed Reality feature on demand package or any [Additional] Mixed Reality Software to be downloaded at all and this software just download and disguises itself as 2020-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4586781) in which the actual KB4586781 update is already downloaded from the Microsoft Update Catalog and installed by myself manually as a standalone package on my system.
HOW DO I STOP THIS MIXED REALITY FEATURE ON DEMAND (FOD) PACKAGE (disguised as a Cumulative Update) FROM DOWNLOADING AGAIN WHEN I START UPDATING MY SYSTEM USING WINDOWS UPDATE?
