Using USB Device Tree Viewer I can see that despite has 4 USB 3.1 ports (one being USB-C) on the rear, as well as 2 on the front, all of my ports are functioning as USB 2.0.
I've tried just about every solution I can find on google, including:
- Trying to update drivers in device manager (Windows seems to think everything is up to date)
- Newest version of Windows
- Newest chipset drivers
- Newest version of my BIOS
- Uninstalling USB 3.0 devices in Device Manager
- Disabling legacy USB in BIOS
- Enabling XHCI hand off in BIOS
- I'm sure I'm forgetting some
Any help? Trying to do everything before doing a fresh install of Windows.
