hi, i'm new here! i'm pretty decent at using windows, but tonight i was looking at a tutorial to mod my copy of minecraft (specifically add custom music into it) and a part of it gave me a huge fright. specifically this bit:
"While updating this tutorial, I ran into a bug that only occurs if you have connected your pc with your Email, or if you have a pin-code on your login screen. A bug in the Windows32 system can hard-lock your harddisk if you have connected your Email or have a pin-code to open your administrative user."
this may be a dumb question to ask, but is this a real bug? if so, how rare is it? it really freaked me out when i read that bit because i filled both of those conditions and the only user i have on my laptop is the admin account (i figured because since i'm the only one using the laptop, i didn't need to add a user.)
