I use a laptop with win 10 home. Microsoft has been sending me updates that seems to have malicious disguised that harms my computer and sometimes render it unusable. I am 68 and disabled and not very good at fixing my computer after so I have no choice but to reinstall windows using reset or media creation tool etc. I admit I may be the one person who reinstalled windows the most but this is all due to the BSOD and THE MALICIOUS
SOFTWARE that I am sent through updates. I receive updates sometimes 3 to 4 times a day.
Microsoft has been asking me to use office, Bing Edge and other software they own and I have refused so they get vindictive. I received BSOD a few days ago which deleted my operating system and erased my restore points, documents backups and rendered my cd rom and USB drive useless. In addition my other computer was hit with malicious software too so I am unable to create a working copy of Media creation tool for win 10 or win 8. so I am unable to reinstall windows. I have genuine digital licences for win 8 and 10 in a few versions. I am unable to delete or format my partitions on my hard drive and my drives are not accessible to install windows because " it needs to be formatted" or something happened but we do not know what is it or there is not enough space to reinstall windows when each drive had 450 GB of space. Right now my laptop is stop stuck on Preparing Automatic Repair and it then goes into recovery mode and stays there.
Before you volunteers tell me Microsoft will not do this...I have news for you...they did it to me before because they suspected i was using pirated software. A live advisor that my computer was hijacked and being controlled by a hacker and i immediately said the hacker is Microsoft and explained why I think so. I was advised to take the laptop to a MS service centre and they will repair it for free....GUILT ADMISSION. This time my computer and software was viciously attacked because I was using a parallel copy of windows on the same computer so I can have a working copy when my system was attacked again. It was two copies of win 10 for which I have a digital licence and is allowed to reinstall windows when my copy is not working well.
First of all my life is like an open book to MS because you know everything I do in windows because of your spying win 10. This is immoral, illegal and a blatant invasion of my privacy. It is also disgusting and cheap and shameful coming from such a large conglomerate as MS.
Why did you not just send me a high current to burn out my computers . Your actions clearly shows that you set out to permanently disable my computers and it was a well orchestrated plan.
I WANT TO KNOW WHY THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IS NOT DOING ANYTHING TO STOP THIS INVASION OF PEOPLES PRIVACY FOR ANYONE WHO BUYS YOUR SOFTWARE. WHAT A WAY TO SAT THANKS MS.
MS it is time you restore my PC to their original state and allow me to use the exorbitant piece of **** you call " the best windows ever" and I call the worst piece of **** I have seen.
I hope someone has the decency to reverse the wrongs they did to my computer.
You may consider discontinuing the practice of shooting before you ask questions and be judge jury and executioner and find your clients guilty and execute them without a trial like you did to me and I there are others too.
