Hi there,
I am having a problem with windows recognizing my microphone. As the title suggests it can not be used for any application other than Skype (have tried with Zoom, Camtasia, Audacity, and Discord). I am using an AT202 mic and a Behringer interface. They both appear to be working properly based on the direct monitoring feed and the fact that Skype can pick up audio from it. The mic used to work in all these applications until the most recent window's update.
I have seen other users on this discussion board post similar issues and have tried all the suggestions with no luck. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, set the mic as the default, restarted the PC, enabled and disabled audio enhancements, verified privacy access to the mic, ensured Skype was not using the mic (checked by the task manager), checked for windows updates, run the troubleshooter (found no issues), restarted windows audio services, used different audio formats (# of channels, bits, and frequency), and made sure all the other apps were the most up to date version.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
