I have an Inspiron 13 7000 series. I had it shot down for about a year and a half then got it running again. Then, I refreshed the whole system, keeping my files, and did the Windows Updates. This computer was really fast and really responsive, booting withing seconds ready to go, now most of the time is micro freezing, really slow, and unusable.
Using it, Windows gave me a prompt that the task or program "DU.Classic" stopped working. From then on the computer started working fast, responsive, snappy, no micro freezes at all. But every time I restart the computer so does restart that task. It makes my computer unusable. That task it does not appear in Task Manager anywhere. Every time that program crashes, my computer starts working fast again.
I looked it up, and it's Dell's program that checks which updates my computer needs, driver, bios, etc and updates them. I do that with another program that works best.
How can I safely uninstall "DU.Classic" and everything related to it?
