Whenever I start my PC just when it's supposed to show me icons on desktop and taskbar, the entire system would freeze, and than windows explorer would crash, sometimes it would show me desktop icons that I can't click, than crash, the taskbar pinned icons are not there, it freezes before showing them. After it resets the whole thing repeats, like 100 times before it would actually start working.

(I have over 80 errors related to Windows Explorer like the one I mentioned, with only those number strings being different every time, but all are AppHangB1, just from two days ago when it took over an hour to boot up into working state).

I tried resetting the PC into safe mode (in safe mode it works, and mostlly when I restart back into normall it wouldn't freeze - but that isn't a sollution to boot into safe mode to than boot into normall so that all is working).

I tried than SFC - first in normall when I finnally could (error: Resource Protection couldn't perform requested operation), than I tried running SFC in safe mode (it didn't find any integrity violations).

After that I run chkdsk, no errors

Than I thought maybe certain startup program is making a conflict and couse this, so by tipping 'msconfig' in safe mode run dialog, I dissabled all non-microsoft startup services - this worked for a whille, like two times it didn't freeze during boot, than again the same thing.

Than I scanned RAM with MEMTEST 86 - no errors

After that the only thing remained is to delete and recreate my account - this helped for a week, and than the same problems started again.

Tried resseting BIOS in a desperate attempt to solve the issue in case that certain settings there are causing this - no it didn't work.

Malware scan with Malwarebytes Antimalware in safe mode revealed nothing, neither did windows defender.

so I turned for help here, there must be a better long term sollution than recreating my account every few weeks, or booting into safe mode first and from there reboot into normall mode to make things working.

The only thing I didn't try and won't unless apsolutelly necesarry is to completelly reinstall windows.

Please help me solve this problems, since I can't find any more sollutions or couses to this problem

Thanks in advance
