I have been updating my windows 10 laptop but it's stuck on 0% for about a day and doesn't get past that. I've tried every possible solution available on the internet but it doesn't work. I will try to explain everything I did.
I don't know what's the problem that's keeping updates from downloading.
Someone told me to see the windows updates .log file, so I pulled up that file, but I don't find any ERRORS in that file so if someone can help me. This is the log file.
If I let it run for 3 or 4 days, it shows some progress, but then it starts throwing errors one by one.
System Version: Win 10 Pro Version 1903 (OS Build 18362.476)
Note: my system date and time are correct and I'm using the right timezone.

- I ran the windows troubleshooter a dozen times but it doesn't find anything. Every time it said Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem. Rebooted, but same thing.
- I tried sfc/ scannow, rebooted but the same problem.
- I tried DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, same thing.
- Then I disabled all startup services and reset windows update using this guide, but sadly this didn't work as well.
- Finally, I tried some scripts that will reset the windows update but again bad luck. script1, script2
