Hi
I have a 3 months old Samsung laptop that goes automatically to sleep when I close the lid.
However, after update 2004 when I open the lid to wake it up, system has been going unresponsive.
Power light goes on but screen remains dead (no fan or HDD noise as well).
That usually happens on Sunday or Monday, I don't know if it has to do with Windows Update or something.
My WU is activated and set to update outside active hours (from 6pm onwards).
I don't know if that is a Windows or hardware issue, literally tried everything I could find.
I've updated drivers (via Samsung update), Windows (current version is 10.0.19041 Build 19041)
checked power settings etc.
I don't know what to do, every time that happens I have to force restart and lose all my ongoing work.
