Windows 10 1904, there are two updates/upgrades that can't go through, what's wrong ?

I am in a position where two updates/upgrades can't succeed. I am running Windows 10 2004 19041.572. I have this in the historic:


November 10, 2020—KB4586781 (OS Builds 19041.630 and 19042.630)

Installation failed on 2020-11-24 - 0x80070026


Update to Windows 10, version 20H2

Installation failed on 2020-11-24 - 0x80248014

Looks like for both updates a Restauration point can't be created. I checked and Restauration Points were not enabled - I had to reinstall Windows 10 from scratch, and unfortunately Restauration Points are not enabled by default. I enabled this functionality and tried again KB4586781. Again it failed. From System
