Hello,
after installing Windows 10 on my machine, it does not start up.
It shows the spinning dots and the CPU-fan starts spinning at full speed, but nothing else happens.
My System:
MSI MPG B550I Gaming Edge Wifi Motherboard
Ryzen 5600X CPU
Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card
32GB (2x16) G.Skill RAM
Samsung 970 EVO NVMe M.2 SSD (1TB)
Things I have tried:
- starting the system with only one stick of RAM (tried both sticks)
- installing drivers during windows installation (could only install RAID drivers, which prevented me from installing all together, because the SSD disappeared)
- starting with a different graphics card (Nvidia GeForce GTX 770) which only changed the background color of the screen on which the dots are spinning
- downloading and flashing the windows install medium again
- plugging the SSD with the windows installation into a different machine (that showed the same spinning dots behavior)
- installing windows onto the SSD on a different machine (the installation worked and windows started normally, but then using that working windows installation on the new machine yielded the same spinning dots as before)
I don't know what else to try.
Any help on what to do next would be appreciated
