Recently, I have upgraded my windows 8.1 to 10 and after upgrading, I started facing 100% disk usage issue.
To solve this issue, I have started googling and found the solution on Microsoft's community page (https://support.microsoft.com/en-in...00-disk-utilization-on-windows-10-devices-wit) which describes this issue very briefly and also provided a solution on it. But unfortunately, that solution doesn't work for me. as described on the main issue page, this issue is due to the inbox StorAHCI.sys driver.
To solve this issue, I have installed Intel's Chipset and Management Engine Interface driver, after installing these two drivers, the issue of 100% disk usage is resolved.
I found this might be helpful to someone who is already facing 100% disk usage issue.
Thanks.
