Change addim on my laptop?

I deleted my old email address with microsoft but i didnt think about that email address is my addmin on my laptop. so now when i try to make changes on my laptop it will not let me because i cant remember the password to that old email address. i have try factory reset but it asks for the password to the old email address. I have made another user on my laptop with my current email address but i cant do any changes because i am not the addmin. HELP please.
