My Seagate Expansion 1TB on File history D is not accessible. The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.

When I'm trying to access my FileHistory, my File History D drive got corrupted and unreadable. But C:\ File History still readable. My Seagate Expansion 1TB health is below:

When I'm trying to access this FileHistory Data D, it's corrupted and unreadable.

Strangely enough, the Seagate Expansion 1TB External harddisk I just bought about a month ago and the problem was when I tried to access the File History and I surprised that the directory was corrupted and unreadable. There are no bad sectors on my External Harddisk. Any way to fix this?
