How to disable windows real time protection windows 10 20H2?

There's no more windows defender keys in the registry like this method suggests:

[FIX] "This App Is Turned Off By Group Policy'' For Windows Defender

If Windows Defender is blocked by some program & can't be opened due to "This app is turned off by Group Policy'' message, you can try this fix to solve it.

At least not on my PC. No way to turn it off (as it turns itself back on every time).
