ASus S301AL USB 3.0 not working

Hello.

As A last resort i come to you and ask for help

. My USB 3.0 isnt working and i cant seen to find the right drivers for it. If you could point the way to a driver for me?

I run a W10 64x on a Asus.

The USB wont even show up now in device manager and it did before

. You would make me very happy if you could help me fix it.
