My specs are :

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Processor
Gigabyte B550M DS3H Motherboard
Klevv Bolt X 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3200 RAM
Zotac GeForce RTX 2060 6GB OC Graphics Card
Lexar NS100 250GB M.2 NVMe SSD
Toshiba 1TB HDD
FSP Hyper K 80+ 500W PSU
Tecware Nexus M Casing
Intel AX200 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth PCI-E Card

I recently reinstalled windows and once it was done my bluetooth was missing.

I have tried:

Reinstalling bluetooth driver from intel website

Download Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® for Windows® 10

Open hidden devices and device manager: no bluetooth driver found

Using “Add Legacy Hardware” but no bluetooth driver to be found

Troubleshooting bluetooth but it says bluetooth is not available on this device. Please try using an externa adapter to add bluetooth capability to this computer.

Also, before reinstalling windows, I have had the issue of my bluetooth disappearing while connected to a wireless speaker. An error would also appear in device manager USB : Unknown USB Device(Port Reset Failed). Whenever i reinstalled the usb driver it would work for a few days.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
