1) I bought a new Dell PC laptop with Windows 10, and setup everything. Everything looked great.
2) I downloaded Carbonite, and as soon as I started Carbonite, the desktop went out scale, icons spaced way apart (on top of each other, and the bottom of the desktop screen can't be used.
3) I tried many of the standard things/tricks such as changing icon size, desktop icon (restore default), scale layout, text size, changing themes, changing display resolution, changing "align to grid", etc.., but desktop still broken.
4) I uninstalled Carbonite and desktop still broken.
5) I restarted several times and desktop still broken.
6) I can't do a system restore because a restore point wasn't set yet.
7) The "desktop" seems to be stuck.
8) Is there anyway to get desktop back to normal, without resetting?
