I have an old AMD PC with onboard graphics.
An AMD installer pops up and wants to do install the latest driver at startup, but when this is attempted, the installer says, "Your hardware is too old for this shiny new driver." or words to that effect.
How can I
1) Teach the installer to first check that my hardware is compatible with the newest shiny drivers, and if it isn't, not to bother me with the popup?
or
2) Prevent the installer from trying to be so "helpful" by not running at all?
Thanks for your help.
And why doesn't Task Scheduler not have a Search function, say, to find unwanted tasks that pop up and annoy you with a stupid question?
