Device not showing in my Mircosoft account nor letting me download from the store

Hey guys,


I've followed every step in adding a device to my microsoft account. I've created my account on the main website. I've signed into the Microsoft Store. But my device does not show.


When I attempt to download something from the Microsoft Store, its says I don't have a device linked to my account.


I've done WSreset and cleared the cache


I've done the cmd trick entering Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml” -Verbose } into Powershell.

I've tried the troubleshooter
