Hi, I found a bug in Windows 10 Explorer when grouping files from folders that have a dash in the name.
1) Create a folder that will contain two subfolders with names such as: abc-def-ghi and the second abc-defghi. Just make sure they have the same name, except that one dash will be missing in the second folder name. Then paste a few files into both folders.
2) Return to the main folder to see the two folders and type a dot "." (without quotes) in the search box and search for it. You will see all the files you have put in the two folders.
3) Group these files by folder (right click > Group by > Folder).
RESULT: All files are grouped by a folder named abc-defghi, which is not correct since the first folder is named abc-def-ghi.
A few weeks ago, I sent it to Microsoft via the Windows Feedback app, but I didn't get any response, so I'm writing it here.
thank you
