I use Windows Vista on my PC. When I receive an email with a picture attached I double click the photo and it comes up in Windows Photo Gallery. When I click on Print at the top of the program nothing happened. I discovered that the program had my printer fax set as the default. (Why I don't know, it never did this before). I changed it from fax to printer and the printed picture was in black & white. It has always printed in color. There is no option to change to color. I checked the ink in the printer and b&w and color cartridges are full. I am wondering what happened to Photo Gallery and how can I print my pictures? Also each time I open a picture Photo Gallery has the printer defaulted to the fax.
I know the answer is get a new computer and use Windows 10 but I am stuck with what I have for now.
