Hello

My PC has been freezing randomly (it's new). I'd be doing any activity and it'd suddenly freeze, most times I can move the mouse, sometimes it becomes a spinning circle, and sometimes i can't move it at all. When there's music playing I can still control the volume and play or stop with the mousepad, but I can't do anything else.

I've suspected a problem with my video card or drivers, so I updated all of them, ran DISM and sfcscan, rand chkdsk, ran a memory test, but no problems whatsoever. NVIDIA drivers are up to date, no malware, everything is well.

When the computer freezes, all i have to do is close the lid, wait for the fans to stop working, reopen the lid and log in and pursue my work.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thank you very much
