Hi,
Recently my Windows 10 has been booting very slowly. Usually it boots in around 20 seconds (very quick) but now it takes around 4-5 minutes to load after I have typed in my password. I have no idea what the problem is.
Another issue, which I'm not sure if relate or not, is that upon opening task manager after booting up, my memory usage is always around 50% at idle. I have 16GB of RAM installed, so 8GB of RAM used at idle seems very excessive. When sorting by memory usage, the highest is always Service Host: User Profile Service which uses around 767.2 MB. However, there is no way the rest of the processes add up to 8GB of RAM. My CPU usage is very low (around 3%) on the other hand. I've run a virus scan already and found no threats or viruses.
Do you have any clue what could be causing these issues?
