Officescan in disconnected mode

guys!

I am maintaining 200 clients excluding servers and application PCs. All
the officescan icon from clients system tray appears disconnected even
after clicking the verify connection from the console. I even tried
re-installing manually and remotely but still getting same result.
Updates is working fine its just that in disconnected mode, clients
appears to be unmanaged from the console.

can anybody assist me on this?

The best suggestion is to contact software vendor for details regarding this
(possible) bug.
