I've associated .vbs files to OPEN with Dreamweaver. But now, when
winXP launches, Dreamweaver launches too opening some vbs files that
are sincronized to act on login.
How can i change file associations, without having further problems as
the usual dialog: "Windows can't open this file..., etc"

Put the associations back as they were.
If you want to open with Dreamweaver, then add it as a right-click
option (not the default) in Explorer-Tools-Folder Options-File Types.

Please ask WinXP questions in a WinXP newsgroup like
microsoft.public.windowsxp.general
