Windows 10 Install Black Screen

Hello,

I am having trouble installing windows 10 from USB (SanDisk 64GB) on a newly built computer (no previous OS). I downloaded Microsoft’s Media Creation Tool and followed prompt for USB Windows 10 install on another PC. Checked to see if USB partition was “active” and it is. In BIOS, I changed these settings:

- Disabled fast boot

- Launch CSM Enabled

1) Boot Device Control - UEFI and Legacy OPROM

2) Boot from Network Devices, Storage Devices, PCI-E/PCI Expansion Devices - UEFI Only

- Boot Option #1: UEFI: SanDisk PMAP, Partition 1

- Boot Option #2: SanDisk PMAP

- Boot Option #3: Samsung SSD 970 EVO

After saving and exit, with USB plugged into 3.0 USB slot on motherboard, get past the ASUS screen where I can press F2 or DEL to enter BIOS, I then get just a black screen. No windows logo or cursor. I am not sure what is going on, any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you.
