No Sound from Browsers with Dolby ATMOS

Over the past 2 days, I have noticed that enabling Dolby Atmos for Home Theatre option disables all audio from sites like Youtube, Netflix, etc on my browser - tested with Firefox, Edge, and Chrome. Audio is only heard if I change the option to 7.1 or below.

At the same time, audio via Atmos is working fine when playing movies via VLC, PowerDVD, Movies & TV app, while playing games, or even playing from the Dolby Access app. System auto detects the audio channels, and sends it out through the connected receiver, ie 5.1 plays as 5.1, and Atmos plays as 5.1.2.

The problem seems to have started on its own, as prior to 2 days ago everything was working fine. Tried reinstalling the Dolby Access app, and its still the same.

Setup - GTX 1080 -> AV Receiver -> TV

Windows 10 version 2004 (Build 19041.685)

GPU drivers are all up-to-date

Any help to fix this will be appreciated.
