I have 3 physical drives in my PC, why do only 2 show up in Windows Explorer ?

I use Windows 10. In Windows Explorer (and everything else), the 'tree' on the left shows everything under "Desktop" including 2 of my 3 drives.


Why can I add the C drive there as well ?


The answer is NOT "C is included under 'This PC'".
