Upgrade from Win 10 1809 to Win 10 2004, I think this upgrade deleted my Realtek Audio HD Manager and Drivers

I need to Re-install the Realtek HD Audio Manager and Drivers but How do I do that? I have the Driver #'s and Codec #'s but are they Compatible with the 2004 Version of Windows 10?

Some how, in a Update my Realtek HD Codecs and Drivers that were originally installed on this computer went missing, along with the Realtek HD Audio Manager.
