Normal, predictable video (only) freezing.. Should I be concerned?

Only occurs after around 2-3+ hours of use, the more heavily the computer is used the quicker it happens.

But it happens at least once a day no matter what.

Must restart to get video to play again. It's any video on any platform, website, app, etc.

I figure it may have something to do with the temp folder piling up perhaps but I just want to know if there are any known issues relating to this or if there is any other way to alleviate it and avoid restarting at inconvenient times?

It's just kind of annoying to have to quit all my work to restart my computer to watch a 30 second video.
