BSOD caused by ntdll.sys and ntoskrnl.exe

Hi,

i got the above mentioned problem. The BSOD usually only appears when i am in Mozilla Firefox/Google Chrome (maximum of like 5 tabs) or just on the desktop working with Office. So there is no real stress on the hardware.

It never happened while palying games or such.

I use "WhoCrashed" to analyze the dump files. With that i already made a couple clean reinstalls of the gpu- driver with "DDU- Display Driver Uninstaller" and manuallybut i had no improvement so far.

I already found a similar question in the forum but the anwere didnt help. i tried this but it didnt help:

Method 1: Re-register the DLL

Try re-registering the DLL file and see if that helps.

  1. Press Windows + S key together to open Search.
  2. Now type CMD and select Run as administrator.
  3. Accept the UAC prompts.
  4. Type in the following commands one by one and hit Enter:
    regsvr32.exe /u ntdll.dll
    regsvr32.exe ntdll.dll
  5. Restart the PC

All i got was an error saying that the entry-log wasnt found.

Anyway, here is my Dumpfile analysis:
